On April 2, 2019 at 5.00 pm, the LEXCC Law Firm and IL PUNTO / CORFAC International will hold a meeting at its headquarters in Viale dell’Innovazione, 2 Milan, aimed at UK investment companies that already “operate” in Italy under the freedom to provide services or in the exercise of the right of establishment through branches.
The meeting will deal with the issue of notifications to CONSOB to benefit from the transitional period and the requests for authorization pursuant to art. 28 TUF.
